3M™ D3078 Secure Click™ Particulate Filter P95 with Nuisance Level Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Relief. This filter is to be used with NIOSH-approved 3M™ Secure Click™ facepieces. Featuring Advanced Electret Media (AEM) provides lightweight, easy breathing comfort. 3M™ Secure Click™ Particulate Filter P95 with Nuisance Level Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Relief D3078 is NIOSH-approved for certain oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants when used with 3M™ Secure Click™ facepieces. Recommended for relief against nuisance levels of organic vapors/acid gases and for ozone protection up to 10 times (10x) the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL). These particulate filters are both flame and water resistant. The D3078 particulate filter may be used in a variety of industries such as metalworking, grinding, sanding and welding. Common uses of D3078 particulate filters include metal fumes produced from welding, brazing, cutting and other operations involving heating of metals. In addition, solids such as those from processing minerals, coal, iron ore, cotton, flour, and certain other substances. It may also be used for liquid or oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit harmful vapors.
